    Pros

It is Busy great company great Co workers always training to get better and to set you up for sucess

    Cons

The menu has got cheaper way to many coupons and now it's all about the dollar

    Advice to Management

Let's get back to making daily specials too many coupons that bring in the wrong cliental because we're open for lunch there a lack of quality servers

  3. Overall a great place to start as a server. Not so good to start a server career.

    Pros

Management is very good with request from servers. You make your own schedule basically

    Cons

Pay is not as great anymore. Coupons affected the restaurant, now cheaper people come in. Seniority matters there a lot! Sucking up is another way you will get what you want instead of your hard work. Thats also the only way to get promoted.

    Advice to Management

Pay more attention to who is working the hardest and doing the best instead of who is talking the most to you and sucking up.

    Pros

Flexible scheduling Many locations for easy transfers

    Cons

Employee meal restrictions and discount are terrible Corporate in recent years has diminished the value and quality of food and customers No longer based on the solid principal of affordable in-store prepped food and excellent customer service

    Advice to Management

Corporate positions are greedy and make decisions that have ruined the quality of the restaurant and lies over and over again during these changes to employees.

    Pros

Great company with a passion for food quality. Work hard and you will be rewarded by management. Only open for dinner throughout the week.

    Cons

Beware that your General Manager is also the owner of the restaurant. This restaurant isn't as busy as other Bloomin' Brands companies. Only open for dinner throughout the week.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees well and they will respond better. They know the guests are the ones paying their bills, not you. They will work harder if they feel they have a reason to work hard.

    Pros

Food benefits, comp card allowance, somewhat fun

    Cons

Hours, pay, advancement opportunities. Cutting costs daily.

    Advice to Management

Stop cutting costs, return to what made the company successful. They lost 3 major players in a year (president, rip,vp) all whom were long tenured. Tells you the direction
