I worked at Castle Rock Research Corporation full-time

    Pros

Flexible hours, friendly staff, easy to get there via public transit.

    Cons

Company seemed unfocused. Always chasing the next big thing instead of marketing what they had. There was absolutely no professional development offered during my time there. The company, although small, has distinct sections with substantially different views of company goals and priorities which leads to frustration and confusion.

I have been working at Castle Rock Research Corporation

    Pros

Company is very competitive in pay and benefits. The company employs several hardworking, passionate people who have bought into the corporate vision. Enjoyable peer group.

    Cons

Unfortunately, the company has outgrown the size of its leadership pool. Too many unqualified people are asked to take on tasks they are unable to complete. Company has also made poor use of several freelance and outsourced resources, much to its detriment.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Focus on the core products of the company. Be more realistic in the expectations that are set. Listen to the leaders that are present. Hold your leaders and your teams accountable.
