    Former Employee in San Diego

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) San Diego, CA

ProsGreat benefits, good compensation, and a great place to work if you like the feeling that the company you are working for is doing good in the world. The vast majority of management in San Diego value the input of thier employees and reward accordingly (most).

ConsNot working at the corporate can prove to be a huge challange. An excessive amount of money is spent on "retreats"...but the money isn't there when needed for raises, etc. All large companies can be very political and require the cutting of a lot of red tape to get anything accomplished...Celgene is no exception.

Advice to Senior ManagementDon't forget, sometimes the dead weight can be fellow management.
