    ProsWonderful team of people to work with, great management (at this very low level) and wonderful supportive environment where my supervisors encourage me to grow and learn and improve, and give great feedback on how I'm doing and what I can do better.

    ConsCelgene is a big corporation, I have not experienced any drawbacks personally, but I think as you get higher up in the organization people get a bit frustrated with the upper management.
