Current Employee – been working at Century Payments full-time for more than a year

ProsPay is decent - but is commission only - no base pay for anyone in sales.

ConsTerrible management (upper management - Frisco office). Turnover is ridiculous - probably around 80%. Do your research before you waste any time working for these people. Can't state it enough - awful, awful, horrible to employees!

Advice to Senior ManagementWhy bother? Ydon't listen anyway. Karma will have its turn.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

ProsThere are health benefits available and there is some opportunity to make some an average income.

ConsThere is no training at all for new hires. The environment is mostly negative. The pressure from management does not match the pay at all. There are practices that are extremely unethical. They tend to only favor a group of people and treat those who do have talent like dirt since they are not part of the group. The place has a very high turn over and has the feel of a sweat shop mentality. Employees are told lies by management in hopes of motivating them to stay with the company.

Advice to Senior ManagementStop being so arrogant , rude and dishonest to employees as well as clients. Take a class in management . Stop harassing and trying to intimidate employees. Consider being professional.

Former Employee – worked at Century Payments

ProsIt's easy to get hired there. They pay fine and have decent benefits.

ConsManagement has poor leadership skills. They allow the lazy and incompetent to remain while they burn through talent like a church on fire. They say that they want to improve the culture but discourage any type of solidarity. The place is a revolving door with a lack of ethical character.

Advice to Senior ManagementRestore the prior enjoyable culture, respect your employees contributions, and allow them at least a semblance of balance.
