Pros – Very Good management, good work-personal life balance, good technologies to work on.

Cons – Salary not great, nothing less from cons

I worked at Cenveo full-time for more than a year

Pros – The team was good and so was the work. Working environment and teammates were very friendly. Learnt a lot about the kind of work we were doing in a stipulated time frame.

Cons – always overloaded with work that had to be completed with deadlines, sometimes the same work and the workload puts pressure.

Advice to Senior Management – do not put unachievable deadlines, as things that look good on paper are actually difficult to replicate during practical work for all workers.

Pros – Lot of good, hardworking people.

Cons – Top management changes with the wind. Top management has a short life span unless you play the politics.

Advice to Senior Management – Think long term and not short term (90 days or less). All thinking is short term due to being a public company.
