    Pros

Cerner is a fun and challenging company to work for that will set you up for success from the start. There are tons of fun events you can go to such as DevCon, Hackathon, and various tech meetups. All associates from recruiters to teammates treat you with respect and like you're a valuable member of the team. There is also an immense amount of pride and culture involved with working at such a successful, growing company.

    Cons

Interns are usually required to work 40 hours a week, so if you want to do more or less there's not a whole lot of flexibility.

    Pros

I have excellent administrative skills. Especially in proofreading. I am capable to use Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and various other programs. I retired from the government as the agency's Records Officer. I am well versed in conversion of document from paper to electronic.

    Cons

I would prefer a position in the south part of Kansas City.

    Advice to Management

I am reliable and prompt at my job. I can be relied on for confidentiality issues.

    Pros

Great technology, excellent product, very smart and talented people to support you and work with. Smart and hard-working leadership. Fast paced, high-visibility environments -- installing, managing and optimizing mission-critical IT systems for Healthcare organizations. Great career opportunities in US and international

    Cons

High-pressure environments can be stressful and require long hours, lots of travel required for client consulting roles. Most roles are based in Kansas City - so career advancement could require you to relocate to KC, CEO Neal Patterson is brash and controlling and is known to belittle employees in public forums

    Advice to Management

Keep focusing on building and enhancing the technology, keep pace with modern IT systems, offer alternatives to Oracle, improve client support services and resolutions, always show respect for your hard-working employees in public settings (eh'em... Neal Patterson)
