    Pros

    free home services (wow, they are expensive when you pay on your own); very focused/driven company for growth; growing business side

    Cons

    tons of internal and external competition to sell the same services (w/same company); lots of pressure on managers

    remove 'swim lanes' mindset...work as a collective team

    Pros

    The benefit are great. The free cable is a plus also but they still charge you for the boxes.

    Cons

    The pay could be a lot better for those who actually work and not sit and look at tv all day

    Management is okay. I noticed the higher up you are, the more nothing you do.

    Pros

    Excellent benefits, great pay. I loved working at this job.

    Cons

    If you are working in the Call center be prepared for mandatory overtime. They do give you a chance to sign up for overtime but if you do not sign up you will be drafted and you could be working as little as 30 minutes on your day off or work over 12 hours a day.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Hire more staff and rehire employees that have reapplied. Who the knows the business better than former employees?

    The pay is great. If you work hard, it is rewarded. Awesome people to see everyday.

    Pros

    Honest company who treats employees well. Good pay with decent benefits. Option to move up in company promotes within instead of always looking outside the company.

    Cons

    Work with some lower skilled employees. Some of the new hires are not prepared or have the motivation to work a real job. Sometimes it feels like high school with all the drama.

    Pros

    I loved the flexibility in hours, pretty much you go out get two sales and you are done for the day. Day "starts" at 11 in winter months and 12 in summer months. Day "closes" at 8 in winter 9 in summer. you can stay out in the field as long or short as you want after your 2 sales. Commission is great after your 12 sales. over 2Gs and the more sales the more money. Base pay+commission

    Cons

    If you don't make commission after a while they will look to do corrective actions against you. Conference calls can get annoying. This is a very some what challenging job. you really have to have the mind set and drive to do this job. You don't get paid off sales, you get paid off installs so you really have to stay on top of your sales, because if you get a bad tech and don't do your install correctly you can miss your money. Imagine month coming to an end and you have 11 INSTALLS, and you make your 12th sale and it is scheduled to get installed before commission for that month ends, and the tech decides he doesn't want to take it and does a "drive by" and takes a description of the house because he didn't see a car and didn't get out his car to knock on the door. GUESS WHAT...... you just lost your commission. and you basically worked those 11 sales for free

    There's growth opportunity and a supportive upper management.

    There are many challenges outside of our control, and the interdepartmental relationships are not always the most constructive.

    They need a more accurate system that can determine businesses that are on or near net, so that the sales teams can target areas that hold the most potential.

    Told they started higher then they did and got better raises than we actually do!
