ConsLots of internal updates have made the pace slow down a bit since i started, but other than that i have now Cons about the company. I absolutley love working for charter communications

Advice to Senior Managementtraining and time off and culture here at charter communications is amazing! I really love that most of the supervisors and management have acctually been out in the dirt doing sales themselves.

    Career building.

Network Operations Technician (Current Employee) Olivette, MO

ProsCapable of coming to the company and moving forward from within. This is a rarity in a majority of call center environments.

ConsSometimes perception is more of a skill than actual work.

Advice to Senior ManagementValue the people who work evening and night schedules a little more.

Great Company Great Benefits, offices are modern, people are friendly

Business Account Executive (Former Employee) Irwindale, CA

ProsPay Plan for Business Executives starts on a sliding scale, 85%, 55%, 30% of expected monthly sales up front, which helps you get your feet on the ground.

ConsConfusion over commission structures, changing frequently (who doesn't do that)? Frustrating and stress producing monthly quotas each and every month. Poor construction updates on employee level, (has to filter down from director to manager to employee). Lots of meetings but effective follow up by managers.

Advice to Senior ManagementStay more in touch with issues in the field, walk a mile in your salesman's, women's shoes.

    Awesome place to work.

Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) Onalaska, WI

ProsThe staff are great with each other and his or her clients. The techs are awesome at his or her jobs. All the customer service reps located in the store work hard to make sure every customer leaves (in person, phone, or thru email) with a smile.

ConsRoad construction. Upper management needs to communicate better with lower management. Too many issues because of lack of communication.

Advice to Senior ManagementBe honest. Stop hiding things from each other and tell your employees the truth even if they are just temps.

ConsI have nothing bad too say

    Billing representative

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsStarting wage $13.18/hour guaranteed 40 hours a week, full benefits start 30 says after you start, pay differential for working nights ($1.00/hr)

ConsI can't really think of any cons. I'm still new but starting out with no experience making 13.18 with full benefits and an array of other awesome things the company has to offer I can't think of much to complain about. It's a job, I plan to come and do the job and then to home... And spend the money I make. BAM, Done! Haha.
