    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take all the idea's you have and share them with the ones doing the work, so they may support the changes, rather than jamming it down their throat! The corporate way at times.

Former Employee - Catering Assistant in Valdosta, GA

I worked at Chartwells part-time for more than a year

    Pros

The best thing about chartwells is the teamwork nature of the catering team. While working its was more like working with family. The free food that came along with the catering events never hurt either.

    Cons

They give very few hours as a catering assistant. Sometimes I went up to 3 weeks with a single hour of work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try to spread the hours evenly or to advertise the job as an on call job and not a part time so that the potential employees are not deceived.
