    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Chartwells full-time

    Pros

High job security Flexible hours Its nice to work on a college campus You get many days off due to breaks in classes if you work on a university campus

    Cons

Disorganized management unmotivated employees few opportunities for upward movement Long seasonal layoffs are a negative if you cant afford the reduction in hours

    Advice to Management

Management needs to get on the same page. Way too many managers working in the same building. Lots of conflict between what one manager wants and what a different manager wants. Managers only really seem motivated when trying to impress their bosses
