Food Service Director (Current Employee) San Francisco, CA

ProsGood systems and support for turn key programs and lots of freedom to try new trends

ConsTend to want to write up all those staff not following the program. no time for developing habits

    Tough scheduling, great team

Catering Assistant (Former Employee) Valdosta, GA

ProsThe best thing about chartwells is the teamwork nature of the catering team. While working its was more like working with family. The free food that came along with the catering events never hurt either.

ConsThey give very few hours as a catering assistant. Sometimes I went up to 3 weeks with a single hour of work.

Advice to Senior ManagementTry to spread the hours evenly or to advertise the job as an on call job and not a part time so that the potential employees are not deceived.
