Miserable call center work environment

I worked at ChaseSource full-time for more than a year

ProsTwo week training was great, pay was good.
Per pay period stipend paid for being bilingual

ConsGet micromanaged regarding lunch/breaks and on quality assurance; ridiculous pay formulary after probation period ends that depends on your number of calls rec'd so you never know what your paycheck will be; hard to get paid time off since never any available; no chance for advancement since they do not like to promote from within; very little interaction with management unless it is to let you know what you are doing wrong; deal with rude callers on a daily basis.

Advice to Senior ManagementPay better, have more positive interactions with employees, and you will keep the good employees.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
