    Pros

    Get to meet good people on a daily basis.

    Cons

    Work you to death, No personal communication with supervisor, promised things will never happen, only interested in the bottom line

    Pros

    Bonuses were decent - but you never knew what you would get. It was like they gave you want they felt like giving you.

    Cons

    Many hours, long drives due to stores being very spread out. My ROM was just a joke, wasn't even a DM for a year before they promoted him and I helped train him....he had no clue about his job.

    Advice to Management

    It's real sad because I enjoyed working there for the most part until changes were made with leadership. You've lost a lot of great people. Treat everyone with respect and not like we are in high school.

    Pros

    Hours are good job is easy

    Cons

    Above level will send you emails after mid night pay is not worth the stress

    Advice to Management

    They do not care about the store level at all always cutting hours

    Pros

    There is a lot of flexibility.

    Cons

    Customer Service Reps and Store Manager must act as DEBT COLLECTORS and JANITORS in addition to 20+ tasks we must complete every evening. The middle managers break many employment laws and often threaten to write up employees for everything. It's no wonder customer satisfaction and employee morale is deplorable.

    Advice to Management

    Allow the CSRs and Managers to truly help customers with repaying loans. Also, stop threatening employees with termination if they work an extra 15-30 minutes to assist customers and properly prepare the office. Lastly, get HR involved in store coverage. STOP forcing employees to work without time off because Middle Managers won't step in to allow employee vacation time off.

    People you work with in the same position as you struggling to reach unreachable goals

    Keeping up with changes unreachable expectat ions getting writeups when not meant

    Pros

    There really are no Pros here. They underpay, overwork and are not supportive of management or CSRs concerns and issues.

    Cons

    They terminated me after being in the hospital for cancer treatment. A store audit was performed while I was in the hospital and they made the claim I was to be held accountable since I was the Store Manager. They waited until I returned from FMLA to do the deed.

    Pros

    The hours and meeting people.

    Cons

    In order to get full time in small districts you'll have to travel around with no reimbursement for mileage or wear and tear on your vehicles. The pay for CSR's is a joke. The management doesn't appreciate CSR's that are knowledgeable and dedicated. Some store managers think they can run the store by themselves and never relay information to their CSR'S. This place is a joke. Bonuses, if the store meets all goals, are only given to the manager and CSR's don't see a penny of it even though they sometimes does more than the manager.

    Advice to Management

    Increase pay for those that show dedication and knowledge. Give bonuses to the entire staff in the store. Don't change things every 5 seconds. This is suppose to be a place that is to help customers and that doesn't seem to be the focus. Focus is set on getting people in to drive fees. Make sure managers give the correct information to their CSR's.

    Good hours meet great ppl.

    Cons

    Hate it unrealistic goals. New stuff every day. Don't staff properly. They care nothing about there employees.

    Pros

    The company allowed you to meet new people.

    Cons

    The company sets up shop in underprivileged neighborhoods to seduce minorities to stay in debt. The company preys on the financially vulnerable. The company doesn't care about their employees or the people they serve. There is bad moral and people steal. When customers don't pay back the company expects you to retrieve the money they gave to a person, who couldn't afford the loan in the first place.

    Advice to Management

    Learn how to appreciate your staff and the people who keep you in business.
