    Pros

    Management was ok until closing office. Local Management was great with time off to take care of personal issues. Co-workers were helpful and very friendly.

    Cons

    Hard to move out of Help Desk into other areas. Pay was not the greatest.

    Flex day every other Friday. Pears are great to work with and have great skills

    Management is only worried about stock options and bonuses

    Start acknowledging workers for the time and efforts and quit giving management stock for near nothing. 18 Million to the CEO for $0 is just a slap in the face to the actual workers

    Ive learned alot on the craft side of the company, now i would like to move to the management side of the company.

    Being a craft worker its not much benefits being a union worker, that why i hope to join the management side of CB&I and apply my experience.
