ProsInternational outlook, great learning opportunities, a friendly environment where you're a name not a number, opportunities to work flexibly, dress down Fridays, fresh fruit provided for all staff daily free of charge. If you show initiative you will be given the opportunity to take on more.

Consbreak out/communal lunch area is quite small

friendly environment- have worked at other CROs and this is the friendliest environment thus far

ConsThe only con is that the salaries are not the highest in the industry. Need to look at the whole package.

Advice to Senior ManagementManagement is very open and easy to work with. Allow staff to make decisions without lengthy approval process. No real advice
