Cons – None. I have been here 5 years and have no plans to move on.
Advice to Senior Management – Stay approachable and ensure staff continue to feel valued. This is what makes it a great place to work.

Pros – International outlook, great learning opportunities, a friendly environment where you're a name not a number, opportunities to work flexibly, dress down Fridays, fresh fruit provided for all staff daily free of charge. If you show initiative you will be given the opportunity to take on more.
Cons – break out/communal lunch area is quite small
Advice to Senior Management – Keep approachable and keep up with the all hands meetings

Pros – Good leadership and management. Good team work. Good communication. Very good training programmes. Free parking.
Cons – Low salary range. Few Benefits. No canteen.

Pros – People feel appreciated
Good work/life balance
friendly environment- have worked at other CROs and this is the friendliest environment thus far
Flexible work options
Cons – The only con is that the salaries are not the highest in the industry. Need to look at the whole package.
Advice to Senior Management – Management is very open and easy to work with. Allow staff to make decisions without lengthy approval process. No real advice

Friendly, open environment with easy access to upper management
Cons – A smaller company can mean wearing several hats - personally I see this as an advantage from an experience perspective
Advice to Senior Management – Keep showing visible leadership and listening to all levels of the organisation
Remain open to investment to continue to compete with the big guys
