I have been working at Chipotle full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Paid Breaks, Easy Advancement, Great Benefits, Team Atmosphere, Proud to say you work there, really good food that you eat for free.

    Cons

If you are just looking for a job, this is not the place for you. You have to want to better your life and learn how to put others before yourself. If you don't know how to do that, or don't want to do that, stay away cause you will fail.

I worked at Chipotle part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Pretty good pay, relaxed, good opportunity to learn about franchising, good opportunity to try to move up in a management role because rotation is consistent to about two years.

    Cons

no variety in work, management at my location was organized and in danger of getting replaced, inadequate training to start working the first week. I worked as the dishwasher/ dining room cleaner for five weeks straight.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make sure to actually instruct new hires what they need to do and the proper standard that Chipotle expects of its employees. It would be really helpful to show the new hires the training videos on the first few days before actually working, because they are indeed very helpful.

I have been working at Chipotle part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

If you want to develop as a person and learn traits to help with any future careers, this is the place to work.

    Cons

Chipotle doesn't drug test, therefore you may deal with people who enjoy "recreational activities" out of work. Working with people like these makes it difficult to work efficiently and effectively.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I worked at Chipotle part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Great pace for me, as it was much more hands on activity than any other previous jobs I had. At the location of my Chipotle, the people were very friendly towards me.

    Cons

The pace could get quite difficult during lunch hours, as there is usually a lot of people that come in at this time. The pay could have been a little better, but not much complaints overall.
