    Pros

The company is in a strong fast paced industry; lots of technology and advancements. Much can be learned from being with this company. Decent pay.

    Cons

Corporate management does a poor job of steering the company to success (owned by a large private investing firm that knows little about the business). The industry can be quite cyclical with some months/years having extremely high production and others having extremely low production. unreliable job security.

    Advice to Management

There needs to be a little more emphasis on growing the business the right way, and less on the bottom line at the end of each month. Businesses tend to thrive more with happier employees, so this should also be focused on.

Too much favouritism this like the good all days guys listen to everybody all all all good good good all all etc

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees for your good

    Pros

    The lifetime friends you meet.

    Cons

Overworked; and not enough help to feel like you did a job well at the end of the day.

    Advice to Management

Learn to appreciate and offer help to Customer Service Dept; as this is the face of the company.

    Pros

The pay and benefits aren't bad. They do tuition reimbursement and there is some over time.

    Cons

The managers and supervisors are all corrupt. They encourage pencil whipping---anything to show they are making a profit. They try to skim around FAA regulations. It's scary that they have government contracts---hope they are being closely scrutinized!

    Advice to Management

Lead by example and demonstrate integrity, if possible. Let your people know when they've done a good job.

    Pros

Small team with heavy work load, plenty opportunities to learn.

    Cons

Do not invest in their employee, zero training, promotion opportunities scarce, HR is non-existent, heavy politics

    Pros

There are a lot of good, hard working people who are very good at their jobs.

    Cons

High stress, high pressure, poor compensation for skilled professionals.

    Advice to Management

Remember that people make the business.

    Pros

The fellow employees are nice people, you make friends there. The compensation is fair enough as well.

    Cons

The building needs some much needed upgrades as in the summer time you will break a sweat. There's a lot of "red tape" strict rules that make you wonder why they are greedy over the little things.

    Advice to Management

Please offer some customer service/tactical/diplomatic training to those who are in leadership. There's a difference between being mean and being assertive.

    Pros

Overall the compensation is good and the plant is very clean and organized. They also offer a good benefits package but the health insurance is not very good.

    Cons

Overall not a good place to work. The GM is a micro-manager whom values perception over performance. Hourly employees have a general distrust of management whom seem more concerned about politics and what they perceived to be professionalism. Safety is lax and the equipment has been poorly maintained and is unsafe in many cases. also, the office is not very Welcoming.

    Advice to Management

Management needs to listen to employees more. Meeting with the GM feels like a trip to the dentist. He does not listen and spends most of the time pontificating. The Operations Manager should stop playing politics and I would generally say he is a dishonest person.

    Pros

A lot of good experience in a variety of technologies and manufacturing processes.

    Cons

Nonexistent career path for engineers and a general indifference towards employee training and advancement. Performance reviews are rarely if ever provided by direct managment. No establishment of goals.

    Advice to Management

Structure positions and titles to create a career path for motivated individuals who want to be long time employees. Follow through on policy.
