    Pros

Good salary if you're freshman here. Good opportunity to work with some smart people here. Nice working environment and work-life balanced.

    Cons

Salary grows slowly. Too many meetings for management to make decisions. The average employee's age is more than 40-year-old. Sometimes we have communication generation gap.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Keep moving forward!

    Pros

It's a company with the best resource you can get compared to any other telecom companies.
Employee training is sufficient; the training facility is quite well-equipped.
Annual salary plus bonus makes the company a good place to work for.

    Cons

Very bureaucratic, the more local office you work for, the more bureaucratic they are.
Young talents have little chances to show their talent; following orders/superiors is quite important to survive in this company.
Pay heavy attention to sales achievements.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Change bureaucratic culture and give young talents more opportunities
Stop blocking the development of networking infrastructure
    Being more socially responsible

    Approves of CEO
