    Pros

Great brands and loyal consumers continue to buoy financial results despite little to no innovation or significant new products. A smattering of good people, but most of the best are leaving and leaving quick. Due to talent drain, possibly some potential for young, hungry people willing to deal with low morale and low energy.

    Cons

Frenetic and haphazard approach to new product development drives unsustainable behaviors. Politics more important than ability. Closed-mindedness prevents meaningful innovation. Lack of depth leaves the company exposed vs. competitors. Complete lack of business savvy within critical functions. No vision or strategic thought. Process for the sake of process rewards paper pushers/administrators.

    Advice to Management

Turn over management before brands are destroyed. Open your eyes to the problems, and quit waiting for retirement while you count your dollars while others suffer.

    Lets see: great location

    Cons

Poor management (director level -- awful) Upper management doesnt interfere with poor management style of Directors. There is no one to go to if you have problems with your direct manager.
Company culture is dated, they will not modernize
Very hard to be happy at work here
Hard work, no recognition. Feels bullied by manager all the time. Favoritism.

    Pros

Free stuff if your permanent employee.

    Cons

Cheap and Dwight in Princeton treats there temps like garbage, especially in laundry. There is no structure there they let their permanent employees be pre modonnas. I know dealt with it in the Vitamin division. Plus they are nasty on how they storage their raw material for vitamin. It in a dirty warehouse non gmp and you pull sample in an non control environment. But they figure FDA does not regulate us who cares. And if you say something you will get yelled at. The syrup is poured in hallway where everyone walks and yet want to do consumer tasting with those DISGUSTING habits and practices. Cleaning is a joke cause at the end of the day the practice are so wrong what is purpose of cleaning.

    Advice to Management

Pay better attention to what is going and stop turning the blind eye. There is a reason why people call you guys CHEAP & Dwight. Cutting corners NEVER works out.

    Pros

Marketing department seems the best place to make a long term career. Not many pros for sales department. The level of appreciation and loyalty to sales people who perform well does not exist unless you are young, thin and good looking.

    Cons

Used to be a long term career opportunity, but not anymore. Sales turnover rate is very high and management seems to like this, as there is always someone new to blame for incompetence.

    Advice to Management

Recognize and reward. Understand that people will give 100 percent to achieve results but will not willingly sacrifice health, family or balance to achieve results. Also understand that people talk and share feedback... Take care in what you say and do.
Suggest that negative and derogatory comments about employees be kept to yourself.
