Pros – summer hours (Memorial Day - Labor Day)
good medical benefits
reasonable work life balance
good stock performance
some great people as colleagues
Cons – management by fear
too much politics
cliquy
very limited career advancement opportunities
extremely high turnover
cut throat culture
insensitive managment
difficult commute
Advice to Senior Management – Management needs to be more sensitive to people and how they treat them, especially offering more career opportunities and better compensation so people want to stay. The current rate of turnover is way too high in my opinion
