    Pros

Very developed intern program. Company culture is very honest and transparent. Alot of other interns to meet. Everybody is very nice.

    Cons

Mostly monotonous tasks. Kind of isolated on a day to day basis, besides when doing intern activities. Company is very old school.

    Pros

Friendly people and a nice atmosphere. This company definitely gives a good experience for interns and will provide many beneficial connections later on.

    Cons

Sometimes the work can be a bit monotonous and unexciting but that is pretty typical for an internship. I still enjoy the work.

    Advice to Management

Look in to providing employees more unique benefits. This will definitely gain the attention of the most recent generation entering the workforce.

    Pros

I just started this job and is my first "real job" out of college. The base pay is lower than others but the commonly offers great benefits and promise for raises in the future. There is also a clear route to being promoted and classes/training offered to help you pursue these career goals.

    Cons

The company is pretty conservative with implementing new organizational management. By this, I mean that they just recently started letting people work from home 1 day a week. This carries over to other aspects as well.

    Advice to Management

Trust your employees more and empower them to have a more flexible schedule. The new generation seeks these qualities in an employer.

    Pros

Great company to work for. They promote a team environment and they offer great benefits including paid time off, holidays and yearly bonuses.

    Cons

The yearly raises are on average from 1% - 4%. if your looking for the small company feel it's not the company for you.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees as real people. Managing employees and compensating them needs to be done outside the box not within a set parameter but based on skills, ability and dedication.

    Pros

Nice People, great company to work for, 10 years behind on technology, they really need to update their systems. Good all around company

    Cons

It is in Ohio and it isn't very easy to move up in the company

    Advice to Management

    Update your technology

    Pros

Stable, steady environment. Very friendly people, good benefits, the full cafeteria is nice. It's insurance so it's nothing sexy but you'll never have to worry about a layoff.

    Cons

Pay is on the lower end of the industry average. Beware of all the family connections everywhere. Opportunities for professional development are limited.

    Advice to Management

Everything seems a bit behind the times. Maybe making the place look less like a prison would help draw more young talent.

    Pros

This company has great support for continuing education allowing individuals to continuing developing and growing. The time away is great and the benefits are decent.

    Cons

It is difficult to bring new ideas forward and move into new roles. With many in management having worked in the organization so long, there is a strong "that's the way we've always done it mentality"

    Advice to Management

    Share details of bonus calculations

    Pros

The location of CFC is superb and parking is free. As well they have a lunch program of soup and salad bar served daily, and it is free.

    Cons

Pay scale is low and they are not favorable of part time workers.

    Advice to Management

Realize that part time employees are a benefit considering they do not receive health benefits.

    Pros

Exposure to upper management and executives, other departments, understanding of opportunities for employment after graduation

    Cons

Seems to be little room for growth within the company. Plenty of lateral movement, but little upward.

    Advice to Management

Need to start buying out some upper management.. Retiring allows for younger people to fill their spot, and keeps everything moving. Too stagnant a work environment for new grads.
