    Pros

4 day work week. Holidays and weekends off.

    Cons

Poor management, lie to employees, cheat them out of their pay. Management gives customers up to 6 price increases a year in some cases.

    Advice to Management

Manage the company like Mr.Farmer wanted it to be run. Take care of employees and quit worrying about making a profit.

    Pros

None really other than you have to really screw up to be fired.

    Cons

No chance to move up, no soild leadership, no vision, no future, just a empty void of despair. You will find yourself asking daily what you did to deserve such a horific job with such a horendous company.

    Advice to Management

Have any of you considered suicide.

    Pros

Health insurance is good, dental/vision are fair. You get a paycheck weekly. Many on here seem to like this company but some are so easily brainwashed.

    Cons

Work/life balance: Most of the time, you will not have a life except your life at work. Overtime is obligatory. No appreciation for the overtime whatsoever except the slight increase in your paycheck. Culture/values: Unethical to say the least. No room for growth unless you are a friend, family member or butt kisser. Hard workers who don't fit into one of these categories have very little hope of advancement. Mother and daughter work in the same office. Two sisters work in the same office. Overall: sucks!

    Advice to Management

Read above if you are literate enough!

    Pros

health benefits. Not more to say about that company. Oh and maybe it's better than not having a job but that's about it.

    Cons

Management favors and will only promote those If you put in your notice they will immediately throw you off the premises They allow their favorite customer service reps to bully others if you are a favorite you will get away with murder. if not you better follow all the rules closely people that quit are being called names and threatened

    Advice to Management

get rid from everyone that is the top management. Just because the branch is making great income, doesn't mean they treat their employees right.

    Pros

hours, if you are an SSR then you have a chance at a good job...i have nothing else but im forced to put min 20 words so just writing stuff to fill in the blank

    Cons

pay is horrible, management is worse, raises are a joke, turn over never stopped, job title means nothing (they will stick you wherever they feel like), if you show initiative, prepare that to be abused like none other!

    Advice to Management

start over, stop pulling random people in from random places and actually know they qualify for said position, when a problem occurs, actually try to fix it instead of tossing it under the rug, thats how you lose employees

    Pros

The people you work with are great. The best group of peers you could ask for.

    Cons

Basically everything else. Upper management and most of management is not qualified. Good luck getting promoted unless you stay for 25 years. As far as IT goes, with exception of a few, all director and above are clueless. Turnover is high. They try and minimize that fact by adding headcount. Not a very class organization. Just a bad place. I wouldn't buy their product or work for them. Worst company I've ever worked for. If they suck you in prepare for the bait and switch.

    Advice to Management

Culture shift. Loosen up. Get rid of the tie. It's a joke. Leadership overhaul across the board. The few in the divisions and other areas keep up good work. Ceo needs to really rethink how his IT is run.

    Pros

The weekly pay was great, the partners whom I worked with often went the extra mile to get the job done. I made some good connections with these people and would work with them again.

    Cons

Micromanagement....micromanagement! My boss did not trust that I was doing things right and would want them done his way.....would not listen to anyone else. Management did not care about people at all.....only numbers.

    Advice to Management

Talk to people, not at them. Also pay your people, you get what you pay for.....if you want low quality then that is what you are going to get! Also if people invent processes then follow them, not just a check in the box.

3 days off, for you to think about ending your life so you don't have to go back to work.

    Cons

they control everything the routes, base pay which is 14k a year ohh wait and 4% commission so you be lucky to make 30k a year, bonuses are impossible, they use your personal phone but don't pay for that, customers will call you to insult you out because company raised their bill again.

    Advice to Management

pay the people who brings you your pay check
