    Pros

Company has requirement that associates must participate with the customer reps. Depending on your level at the company, one must go with a truck driver route and visit with customer. I enjoyed this, but many did not like it. In some jobs, an sales office partnership would count.

    Cons

Cintas has a dress code that no cotton blends in material can be worn at work. Men must wear long sleeve shirts with ties. No flip flops, or gym shoes. The process was that any employee could bring the code up to an HR rep. The rep would review and bring up to your manager as a warning.
Name tags had to be worn above waist. These identified contractors from employees by tag color and everyone knew your name. Tag could be pro or con.

    Advice to Management

    Relax dress code.

    Pros

People - there are great people at Cintas! Financially stable, in spite of themselves.

    Cons

Ultra conservative company! Think IBM in the 80's - all blue suits!
    No work/life balance.

    Culture was ok
    Gained some sales experience.

    Cons

There was no growth at the company. Management is unfair, they purposely did not allow me to grow. They didn't issue any raises. Somehow when I transferred in the company I had to take a pay cut

    Pros

    Relatively good salary and benefits.

    Cons

Incredibly inflexible. No work from home even in IT. Business formal for everyone. Ties and jackets in the HQ for men. Women must wear hosiery. No eating lunch at your desk. Company policies were 100 pages.

    Advice to Management

Get with the times. Trust your employees.

    Pros

4 day work week, reasonable salary if you work hard to make good commissions, mostly friendly co-workers

    Cons

Horrible managers, below average hourly rates before factoring in commissions, not great working conditions, favoritism when promoting

    Advice to Management

Stop micromanaging everyone. Get a mechanic on site so the drivers don't have to check their own fluid levels and refill as necessary.
