I have been working at Citi

    Pros

Flexible. Depending on your area, good work/life balance. Working remotely is not discouraged. Time off is pretty generous depending on your title.

    Cons

Very top heavy and layered. Not much room for growth. Never feel comfortable with restructuring and layoffs.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pick a direction and stick to it for a while. Be more concerned with your business instead of following competitors a step or two behind.

I have been working at Citi full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

I have been working for Citi for more than three years. I really like the people, my job and the working conditions. The benefits, cafeteria and learning opportunities are excellent. Work life balance is good. The managers really listen to me and provide feedback. If you are proactive then you are at the right place. Be open minded and listen to suggestions and look for the opportunities.

    Cons

Tons of emails, newsletters, updates. It is a huge, global company and so many things happening here. Once in a while I found it very difficult to follow all those changes.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Less newsletters, less conf calls, less meetings.

    Recommends
    Positive Outlook
