    Pros

I really love my coworkers. I would recommend this place to a friend, but only to have something to put on the resume.

    Cons

Not much room for self-growth. Pay is low, and getting education/certifications doesn't make you any more valuable to the management. Work load is heavy because they won't hire the staff needed to get work done smoothly and properly. Instead they consolidate duties and get upset when things aren't getting completed properly and in the time they would like. Overall communication is also a problem here. Oh and the "Christmas bonus" is insulting. For your time and hard work, you get a $5 gift card. To their store. "Hey, here's a little money you can go spend and give right back to us. Enjoy!" My cards are piling up because I don't even wear the kind of clothes they sell.

    Advice to Management

Stop being a stepping-stone in peoples' careers and start being a stopping point. Have meetings with your employees, find out what their needs are. Be willing to pay for it. If necessary, subtract a bit from those big-wigs who are being highest-paid and use that money elsewhere to keep the company running comfortably. Morale is low. Change that. Those in decision-making positions should go around and interview every employee. Find out what's going on, and fix it. Otherwise you'll never be able to keep your best, and you'll always have to settle for less.

    Cons

Low wages, Low Payroll, & Tons of internal theft

    Advice to Management

Store Manager/s needs to be fired. They show favortisim with payroll hours and are stealing themselves & allowing their family & friends to come in & steal as well. Get real cameras throughout the store.

    Cons

Favoritism, management is not structured, low on staff

    Pros

Honestly, the only pro would be the vibe w the associates. We all get along well and they all make it fun to work there but that's about it. Some customers are actually nice but the rest are incapable of actually being patient or friendly.

    Cons

Horrible hours. Horrible pay. Overwork us. The company doesn't care about you whatsoever even when you have family emergencies. Very shady company. Fire people w no hesitation or warning. Write ups for the stupidest things. Ridiculous company. Quitting soon.

    Advice to Management

Hire better people, probably a better manager because nothing is being done right. Manage better hours and don't over pack with employees because that takes away hours from the employees who've been there forever. Actually TRAIN the associates and don't hire people who like to steal resulting in bad inventory and causing the innocent to get fired.

    Pros

    You get a SMALL paycheck.

    Cons

The district manager didn't care about the employees or any issues they had. She only cared about what her boss thought about her. She talks to adults like they are 3 year old children. District manager would try to have only 1 person working in the store and closing the store alone, she had no regard for the employees safety.

    Advice to Management

Need to learn that you can't have a successful business without the "little people" that have to run it daily. Start paying people better so you get better quality people to work for you.
