    Pros

I found the staff very friendly and helpful, they took their time to train me and any queries I had they were more than happy to sit down and explain what I needed to know

    Cons

Long hours, you only get paid by contract but are expected to work at least an hour extra a day which you do not get paid for.

    Advice to Management

I believe that some jobs at Citi are being promoted in a way in which is misleading, in terms of what it is you will actually be doing, I was disappointed as I came to think of it as more of a call centre than anything.
