I worked at Citi as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

Coming from an Engineering background it was a good experience moving into finance. I also was able to interact with people within the firm, building strong contacts and have been able to establish a good relationship with them.

    Cons

I was placed in a very small team, so was not exposed to much. This therefore resulted in me constantly asking for work, and trying to take on challenging responsibility.

I have been working at Citi

    Pros

you can learn a lot in citi. It has presence in 100+ countries and you can enrich your knowledge & experience. Very few banks have a global reach like Citi

    Cons

At present, Citi is in cost cutting mode and has reduced drastically its budget. So always there is a crunch about funding and there is no major investment spend for new projects apart from regulatory ones.

    Neutral Outlook
