    Pros

Structured and policy oriented with team environment. Allows admins to work remote from home by some managers or when necessary.

    Cons

Have to rely on networking for most instruction or learning systems and application process as not much mentoring or buddy system when you come on new.

    Pros

The work life balance is a great reason to work at Citibank. Working remote and having more vacation than my previous employers are my favorite perks. Hard work is recognized through the citi star program.

    Cons

The C in Citi stands for change. The environment is constantly changing. The worst part is that each re-organization means efficiency through layoffs.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stick with one plan and execute it. Quit changing directions. Citi has amazing innovative potential as a truly global bank.
