    Pros

Cititec supports and empowers its staff to excel. They encourage you to develop your own market and own it, and there are people within the business who are extremely successful with very strong market knowledge. They promote internally, and give struggling Consultants a LOT of time to try and turn things around.

    Cons

Relatively flat structure, so it is difficult to move up past Principal Consultant or Manager....

    Advice to Management

Continue to promote within and empower loyal individuals accordingly.

    Pros

Friendly, Family orientated environment where staff are rewarded for the hard work that they put in. Opportunities for growth for those people who are serious about their career. The company has very much a meritocratic environment whereby trust is placed in the individual and in their capacity to think outside of the box. A company that invests in the training of their staff with a structured career path

    Cons

Being involved in a company that is part of an industry (Banking and Finance) which receives regular bad PR Coverage

    Advice to Management

My advice to the company would be to continue to look to promote people internally whenever it is possible to do so.
