    Good place to grow

Senior Auditor (Current Employee) Houston, TX

ProsInterdepartmental promotions are encoraged, so there's an opportunity to delevop new skills and of course increase your pay. You'll vest in the pension plan after 5 yrs of working there. The health benefits are decent. Union demands across the board pay raises for employees periodically. Typically good work life balance depending on the particular manager or group that you work for.

ConsDepartments operate independently so there's a lack of team efforts as a whole. Office politics drive most decision making regarding personnel. Merit increases are extremely rare.
