    Pros

The company is great & I loved majority of my co-workers. They had great perks. The marketing and promotions departments were amazing & would be more geared to my line of work. If I could I would work in another department such as the marketing, PR or in promotions. Majority of the AM personalities are amazing & I became friends with them. Overall, it was a great entertainment experience.

    Cons

The sales department was a hard place to work with. It was cut throat and not a place for me. I would work in any other department.

    Advice to Management

Sales be more aware of your staff. Remember that your support staff is trying to help as fast as they could. Some AE's are really rude and make the work environment a horrible place to be in. This creates horrible productivity because people don't want to work when they're treated like nothing.

    Pros

Good work environment especially for a contractor bouncing from job to job

    Cons

Benefits were not as great as I would have liked although, shared requirements

    Pros

You get to learn a lot from senior account executives if you speak up.

    Cons

Some days work is not delegated and you end up sitting at your desk, not knowing what to do. Reach out to senior management if you want to get a full time offer.

    Pros

Fun place, lots of events. Got to meet celebrities and attend lots of concerts.

    Cons

No room to grow. Local management didn't have a clue. In four years of employment, not only did I not receive a single raise, I never even received a performance review to tell me what I was doing right or wrong.

    Pros

not the hardest of daily tasks but that can also be a con in terms of getting mundane, although there were interns to help with the more frivolous tasks. radio work felt "cool" and there was a work hard, play hard team environment.

    Cons

growth within the company seemed difficult only in terms of time, it seemed as if i would have to wait forever to move up but that may have just been the . also, long work hours because there was a lot to be done, but again, the work itself wasn't difficult so not that much of a con

    Advice to Management

pay more attention to employees in terms of incentives, allow growth to be more possible!!
