    Difficult to Advance

    Account Executive (Former Employee) Honolulu, HI

    ProsMaking good connections is easy because you must put yourself out there. The staff is younger and very much go-getters, which makes the environment fun.

    ConsIt is difficult to make a start here, most of the good accounts (guaranteed income accounts) are assigned to the senior staff, leaving the newer employees to struggle. Even if one finds 50x the number of smaller businesses, it will be much more difficult to obtain a steady income.

    Advice to Senior ManagementSpread the wealth. Be cognizant of the fact that there is a high turn over and ask yourselves why that might be.

    Good but disorganized

    Too many cut backs

    ProsBest radio stations in Columbus and access to some great events.

    ConsThe bonuses are gone, favorites are played among reps, and the brands are being watered down by cut-backs.

    Advice to Senior ManagementTake time to listen to the Account Executives about the environment selling on the streets.
