    Pros

Good company to work for. Great opportunity to ramp up with the latest in WiMAX and LTE technology platforms as well as gain microwave experience. Lots of opportunity to update the back end and great people to work with.

    Cons

Hours were extreme which helped for those interested in overtime but the duration of the contract may be cut short with little notice so its best to keep your sights open in case that happens.

    Advice to Management

Motivating employees and keeping a positive morale is definitely a plus side to employees under supervision. Be diligent but open to opportunities for great employees to be even greater.

    Pros

A company in constant flux. There were decent opportunities if you can ride the ups and downs long enough. Clearwire hired some really great people with good energy and attitudes.

    Cons

The company was never fully funded and there were lots of lay offs. Most projects required you to work on a shoe string budget. Many people worked very long hours with little recognition. This company has since been purchased by Sprint and undergoing considerable staff changes.

    Pros

Enjoyed the culture of the company and the opportunities for advancement from within. Wonderful benefits and above par compensation for the area.

    Cons

Transparency was lacking in many regards which led to many insecure employees and often lowered morale. The re-badging of employees to an outsource company was covert and resulted in the loss of respect by many employees. Process changes weren't very well planned and implemented resulting in confusion across departments.

    Advice to Management

The lack of transparency with employees and customers hindered efforts to grow the company in such a way that made it impossible to avoid acquisition by Sprint.
