    Pros

Working for one of the largest health organizations in the nation with cutting edge technology and resources.

    Cons

Uncomfortable work environments. I was terminated from my employment after 90 days (still training) I was put on a plan to make changes in work performance. The changes were made successfully but with no labor union or employee protection it's to managements discretion what they so choose. I was basically terminated from my employment for being a new employee on the job. Why hire someone you weren't willing to train ? The clinic is too big of an organization for their own good. So big they overlook those who matter most, their employees. The best employees are the best caregivers unfortunately politics and who they "like" takes precedent

    Advice to Management

Involve a liaison for employee protection for a fair and comfortable work environment. This diffuses the my word against yours

    Pros

Great benefits including paid time off and knowledgable co-workers. We work with some of the best doctors in the world that sub specialize in different problems and we have all of the state of the art diagnostic equipment.

    Cons

Too many managers who are unable to perform the jobs of those they manage. Administration expects us to see more patients with less caregivers and no overtime.

    Advice to Management

Go back to hiring working managers especially with "cost repositioning". Doesn't it make sense to hire someone who can step in and do the jobs of those they manage especially when we cannot hire enough caregivers?
