    Pros

    If you can get on their good side it can be a real boon since they will give you a lot of responsibility and promotions.

    Cons

    Senior managers tend to do whatever the head of the office says, even if unethical.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stop using intimidation and favoritism to make policies and promotions.

    I worked at Client Network Services full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    you have a job.. thats all.

    Cons

    Highly unstructured. Unprofessional.. and managers are irresponsible. They have no idea what is going on in the project.. your work depends on your immediate contact or supervisor who could be a junior programer who know nothing about managing and delegating work. Biased towards male workers.

    Managers are arrogant. Talk only with other managers.They walk past you even after you greet them.

    Pros

    Nothing I can think of.. sorry :(

    Cons

    It was good before but talented resources are leaving and thereby leaving company with crappy developers and managers.
    Brings new resources to team and management will make them Team Leads, Managers etc without having proper business,technical knowledge on assigned areas.

    Pros

    Mid size company with small size focus. Very MMIS customer focussed.

    Cons

    Too narrow focus.
    Will not take a stand if customer is wrong.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Allow growth of the people from outside. The Management is too crowded with people who have no outside CNSI experience.

    Pros

    Great coworkers
    Very smart technical staff

    Cons

    Budget cuts so will set you up to be fired instead of layoffs
    Hire H1B visas so they can pay less and hold them there since they cant leave till citizenship
    Management is very confused about how to go about daily operations
    Bad press for mismanagement
    Management is NOT technical at all
    Massive paycuts, furloughs, and no pay raises
    Write bad reviews to justify no pay raises
    Fire the best people because of their higher salaries

    Sell the company to someone who knows what they are doing
