    Pros

nice office some good people (a pity they are working in such a bad place)

    Cons

the company does not live up to its promises neither with clients nor with its own employees the management have no vision and offer no support or respect for employees the business is moving downwards

    Advice to Management

Please be honest with information about the company at the outset. It may save some people from getting into this mess.

    Pros

Good marketing. If you look at the company info it makes good impression and you may think this is a quality business... but that's where it ends.

    Cons

    - No training - Unprofessional management, bullying of employees and very bad work environment - "Zero-level" know how. They do not have a clue about recruitment in Europe and when I worked there hardly anyone was making sales. I really wondered at times where their profit was coming from... and if all these growth figures they quote as 'official' have anything to do with reality. - Long working hours with poor remuneration

    Advice to Management

What kind of adice can you give to people who act unprofessionally and do not understand the business they work in? Try to find another job...?

    Pros

Good training. Good social scene. Few good managers.

    Cons

Poor management structure. No real guidance or support. Upper management was unprofessional on many levels. Poor pay & benefits. No progression. Management turned a blind eye to unprofessional behaviour in the work-place. Poor reputation in the industry. Take advantage of young employees/fresh grads.

    Advice to Management

Both the recruitment and pharmaceutical industries are places where everyone knows everybody - treating your staff with respect usually will help you in the longer term. Unfortunately it might be too late for Clinical Professionals to turn it around with many of their ex-employees now working in-house at the companies who they are trying to get business from.

    Pros

Some of the people (non management) were great to work with.

    Cons

To enter Clinical Professionals, please leave your ethics at the door. Expectations are unrealistic and lead to poor recruitment practices. Management are pretty useless, if you are looking for support then I suggest buying a sports bra as this would be more useful. How a firm that professes to provide its customers with excellent service can treat its own people so badly is a mystery. Training and promotion are pretty much non-existent, and commission systems are mind boggling in order to essentially rip you off. Hours are long even by recruitment standards and offer no flexibility. You may work through your lunch break thinking you are putting in extra time, but that 5 minutes you were late this morning will be what goes on your record.

    Advice to Management

Any advice you give to management is disregarded so why waste the time?
