Club One Reviews
Pros – Club One tends to promote from within, so if you are a hard-working, dedicated employee they recognize that and give you opportunities to expand your knowledge in the health and fitness industry. The company has been sold to it's original founders and is now called "Active Sports".
Cons – Lack of communication from the corporate office made it difficult to feel supported.
Advice to Senior Management – Communicate constantly with your employees to help them feel more supported
– I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
Pros – Fantastic opportunity to affect people's lifestyles and build relationships.
Cons – Company fell on difficult financial times.
Advice to Senior Management – Spend more time in the trenches to identify staff obstacles to success. Cut the fat from the very top of the executive chain. Reward those controlling costs than just those generating revenue.

Pros – great people and energy
very flexible and focused on well-being
never stagnant, always exploring ways to grow business and qualifications in our industry
Cons – salary for management and senior roles could be more competitive
medical and financial benefits aren't rich (e.g. high deductible plan with no HSA, no match for 401K)
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
