    Pros

Good money and discount. Lots of structure and room to grow. Rules and standards change monthly. One must be a fast learner to keep up.

    Cons

Strict dresscode is expensive and hard to keep up. Upper management is slow to react to HR issues and company keeps taking away yearly bonuses.

    Advice to Management

Become more aware of your stores' issues. Handle them accordingly and in a timely manner. Appreciate and recognize growth and effort in management and provide bonuses that were promised to managing when hired.

    Pros

salary, benefits, employee discounts, support teams( IT, Facilities etc.)

    Cons

"There are so many strong willed Life(r's)-employees who are running the depts and holding on to their dear JOBS." bamboozled! politics in a company of this size really makes it unfair for the support teams .

    Advice to Management

adopt Holacracy! look it up! accountability needs to be clear when hiring directors.
