    Pros

One of the best companies in Retail. Work life balance for all levels. Good benefits. Discount too.

    Cons

Good benefits. Great vacation and sick time for managers but sometimes hard to get approved time off due to business's needs.

    Advice to Management

Treasure your staff that is loyal and star though all the changes. New is not always a good think. Spent the time to motivate.

    Pros

    Great discount and flexible schedule.

    Cons

At my store there is only one full time position open so everyone that's part time gets screwed out of hours.

    Pros

Good benefits, decent pay, good morale.

    Cons

Not much of an incentive to sell since it was not commission based but managers would make you feel bad if you didn't sell a lot. Very strict on dress code/appearance.

    Advice to Management

I think it's nice to have a professional looking work environment but some of the management team would pick the staff apart.
