I have been working at Coach full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The benefits are good, nice discounts, great management, and the team is like a big family. Coach is becoming a lifestyle brand, and can't wait to see where it goes.

    Cons

Coach should update their POS systems.

    Pros

Friendly people Decent pay for retail

    Cons

How strict the dress code is makes it hard on a 10/ hr income . If they want that they should provide an allowance or be more flexible

I worked at Coach (Less than a year)

    Pros

Super friendly environment and staff. A casual professional atmosphere to work in, the tasks were not hard, definitely engaging and informative. Ton's of information to learn and they are willing to teach.

    Cons

The walk from the train station on 8th may not the most scenic or weather friendly especially in the winter.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work, I love that the managers make you feel welcomed and appreciated.

    Pros

Great benefits, great product so it's easy to sell, and a lot of tools to assist in selling.

    Cons

It's retail, so it's not possible to enjoy Christmas and sometimes everyone wants the same weekend or holiday off.

I worked at Coach part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Other employees are fun and supportive

    Cons

Hourly rate not great but discounts and benefits make up for that.

    Advice to Management

Hire more full time and don't try and save money on benefits by packing the store with part timers that are not always committed.

Team bonus, so there's no compensation.

    Pros

Corporate atmosphere: Free dinner on late nights, friendly staff, 11PM building closure, Amazing Archive and MRDC hardware/ sampling area in basement, Stuart is super friendly and makes even the "little people" feel important.

    Cons

Some late nights (but that is standard), Location isn't ideal-long walk from subway, but overall a great place to learn the ins and outs of the corporate design world.

    Advice to Management

    No complaints!
