“Great place to work, needs a solid vision”

Pros – Great coworkers.
Great location.
Good compensation and benefits.
Solid encouragement of personal and professional growth.
Cons – Company has a lack of vision. Stuck in a rut.
Advice to Senior Management – Culture has changed. Time to revisit what was done right in the past that engendered the long term employees. Have a vision and really communicate that to the employees.
