    Pros

Multiple programs in various high tech companies like Google, twitter, etc. Great for young, fresh graduates.

    Cons

Where to begin...poor back office execution, no work life balance, upper management expects 60+ hour work week, top-heavy upper management layer, weak R&R program, heavy talk on staff development but not enough tangible actions and results, reactive, etc. Culture sucks!

    Advice to Management

    You know it all, so...

    Pros

Slightly better than average salary when compared amongst outsourcing companies Strong vision from senior management

    Cons

Poor work life balance, with need of even 80-90 hours/week while being paid for 40 hours. Learn-on-the-job, being a low-wage worker (comparatively) while taking away jobs seems to be genuine concern. Weak/non-existent HR processes in North America focusing only on hiring, firing and 'company benefits' associated with employment One's business expenses being reimbursed depends upon mood of her/his manager. If you are asked to work from home, adjust your salary as they might refuse to pay for your phone, internet and even asking to bring your own device (BYOD).

    Advice to Management

Strong profiling/survey of home office and how the business is run from associate's home is required. This is critical to ensure data security, compliance and proactively identify the risk to business. From associates' point of view, it allows her/him to highlight the issues without being prejudiced against such as coming in form of low ratings only when one complains (though with a solution and that is 'Pay' me to run your business from home).

    Pros

You will have to work like HELL !! you may or may not get the rewards

    Cons

You will have to put soap on Managers to get promotion or Career growth. Sucking the blood out of the employee is the strategy Low compensation HR is total waster that they abide by what manager says

    Advice to Management

Please provide proper compensation to the deserved employee. The Independent Leadership team" created by the HR team to supervise the Manager is nominating the right candidate for promotion, rating for the deserved candidate does not work. Because the HR listens to what the Manager says and the Manager is totally biased in giving nominating the candidates. Need a more stringent process to tackle it. May be need to monitor how this HR team work

    Pros

    Good benefits in the USA.

    Cons

Opaque. That's right, zero transparency. In this scenario the job title has been changed to protect the innocent: My job offer says something like "Systems Analyst" and lists all my duties and job requirements. The client wants something like a "document proof-reader". Poof, I'm magically a document proof-reader. I'm also expected to work weekends for no pay. You won't be able to contact your talent manager because their phone numbers are not published and they will not answer your pings or emails. CTS pays attention only to the clients, even though their product is a service (meaning their product is their people). Seriously, when you hire on, you can sit at your desk for three months and not know what your goals are, who is entitled to assign work to you, and what your 6-month, or even 1-month deliverables are.

    Advice to Management

Manage your people. They are your greatest asset. Stop using your arcane hierarchical business model. If you continue this way, you'll be staffed only with juniors, incompetents, and those who have given up. The bright and enthusiastic employees will move on.

    Pros

Work life balance, maybe a little too much. That is the only pro about this company.

    Cons

Oh where to start? Way below market salary for US hires. There is absolutely no direction for campus hires. 99% of the employees are Indian which makes for a very unique (not in a good way) work environment. No visibility into promotions.

    Advice to Management

Give your employees market salary. Recruit at top tier universities. Get feedback from your campus hires.

difficult to get cross trained across technologies.

    Advice to Management
