    Cons

Managers believes they are THE GODs( i am not talking about one person, 99% people likethat).
You must praise all the managers.

Looking for Green Card, please forget with CTS( please last forums- like trackit.com).

Current Employee - Senior Manager in New Haven, CT

    Pros

Good clientele specially on data management side

    Cons

Poor benefits - bad 401k (starts contributing after an year), health insurance plans are super expensive (paying 250% more than what i used to pay for the same Plan 90) as compared to other services & IT consulting co. I joined the company 1.5 month back & I was requested to join 10 days before i got the actual relocation thing started using their corporate movers. All this as they had committed on a specific date to client. Now they don't want to approve my 10 days of expenses. I have asked this multiple times but they don't have anything on paper for relocation specific guidelines. The support staff is so horrible and no matter how hard you try, they would not respond before a few reminder mails. These are small things but this shows how much they care of their employees.
Another thing i found out about their GC cases, none of the labor filed in last 1.8 years had been approved (most of it is in either pending state or rejected). So far, I have met at least 3 guys who were asked to leave the country and they later came back after a year.
For everyone who is planning to make a move, please make sure you negotiate everything and take it in writing specially the relocation part other policies (specially insurance plans)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please be transparent about some of your policies to new hires. Please be ethical & don't promise anything at the time of hiring if you can't fulfill it in the name of "out of company policy"....

    Pros

got a little bit of experience

    Cons

Pathetic managers - bad desi mentality ... worst experience of my life, 4 managers were asking me the status of the work and one manager was requesting me not to communicate the actual status to the other manager.

One Architect came from New Jersey , calling him self SOA Architect but he dont know the basics and I was ashamed of my self working with him in the project. One manager who was working all the time remote was a good technical person but with 0 people skills, I lead the whole project and won a new contract for the Cognizant for the same client, and once they have put 4 more resources, they cut me from the project. Shame on this company management. I hate to work for this company again

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Do professional management.

    Pros

    Employee friendly HR policies
Large number of projects. No issue in getting work.

    Cons

    False promises by management.
False promises by HR about GC processing.
    Employee harassment.
No scope of growth if you are not a tamil guy.
Compensation is least in the market.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please keep a check on the low level management and the kind of practices which are being followed to appease the client. This wont take this company any far.

    Pros

Can work remotely, pay is very competitive.

    Cons

Colleagues are out for themselves, people will lie to your face - it is all about the money. You cannot trust people you work with, management can be abusive.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Not sure if you know or care, but you are burning through quality people at an extremely high rate. You may want to re-evaluate your culture -what is acceptable and what is not.

    Pros

    - Reasonable pay.
    - First Month is nice at a free hotel.
    - Fly you out to a new place.
    - Hiring process is the only good thing I would say.

    Cons

    - Don't promote based on value added - consider time at company more.
    - From campus training, it is great. Mix of culture and people. Then when you actually arrive at an account your co-workers will most likely be 99.9% straight from India. There will be culture shock.
    - No room for growth at some accounts.
    - You will be treated like a contractor.
    - Some useless trainings and sessions are given to fill time.
    - Some useless meetings.
    - Corporate cog.
    - Sometimes I felt discriminated against.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    - Make sure to give incentives to people who obviously add more value to the company.

    Pros

None. This is one of the worst companies to work with. The only reason employees stick with this company is because they file greencard.

    Cons
