    I have been working at Coit Services as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

    Great people in the company and a very welcoming environment. Overall I really enjoyed the work experience with Coit.

    Cons

    I do not think there is that much room for growth. Overall a great company to work for and I really enjoyed it. I am writing more words so it gets to 20.

    Opportunity to earn & get compensated for what you put into it. Employees are empowered to make decisions

    Cons

    It's customer service, so you work a customers schedule. Meaning hours can be late & inconsistent.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    A lot is expected from every employee. Hire more people to give employees more flexibility

    Been with the company a long time. Watching the growth of the company gives a warm feeling of accomplishment.

    Cons

    Growth within the company is limited. Great opportunity are given to start your own franchise.

    Pros

    Opportunity to earn commission and regular bonuses. Health insurance available to full time employees. Managers willing to let you take on additional tasks if you are willing to tackle them while keeping your regular performance high.

    Cons

    Low hourly rate, fairly rigid script for phone calls. Outdated technology/software.

    Small company atmosphere is great

    Long and not set hours, poor scheduling, work should not considered full time but seasonal.

    I have been working at Coit Services part-time for less than a year

    Pros

    High volume call center, therefore the day goes fast.

    Cons

    Under staffed, modern day slavery, disrespectful and degrading to their associates, no raises, phone script in place that causes customers to be disgruntled by our robot vibe, monitoring of calls to ensure script is followed to the T and if not you are coached, money hungry to the highest degree having a "stand by route" that makes customer stay in limbo, %2 commission if you are full time, not allowed to place your phone on DND, and the paperwork and calls keep coming.

    Fix all the above issues.

    They ask much of you but give little in return,
     but they make it seem there doing much for you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Remember how hard it was for them, and how much they have now. The employees look at upper management and how they live,and the worker are struggling and not making it. And all they say to you is need to do more. But that is management.

    The coit experience is less than desired

    Pros

    Oppotunity to service customers direct. It's nice working with people.

    Cons

    The pay is sub-par. Management is slow with follow through. management dangerous situations festure. Managements tends to play favorites. Concerns are not addressed or taken seriously.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Please, when there is a internal customer(employee) who has a concern no matter how minute it is not wise to ignore or make that employee feel he or she is not valuable. This action makes for unhappy employees and reflects work performance.
