Pros – this particular job is all remote so it is very good

Cons – no up front info on the position was really non existent.

Advice to Senior Management – none really a bit more upfront info going in would be nice I do not even have a job description

Cons – Depends on person to person. I didn't found any.

Advice to Senior Management – Please try to get your office in the metro cities like Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Delhi.

Pros – Immense Exposure, Good people to work with, Salary on time, Good Infrastructure

Cons – Shift timings, No of hours of work(They make you work more than the 10 hours a day)
