Current Employee – been working at Collectcorp

Pros – Everyone has a chance to get the job. You will stay if proven ability to collect. Medical and dental benefits available. 3 weeks vacation after 5 years of employment.

Cons – Company with very fast turn around. 50 people hired and fired weekly. If you don't want to drawn better learn how to sweam. Performance review is not done as promissed on time, there will be gaps of 2-3 years in between...

Advice to Senior Management – More respect to employees might be beneficial on long run.
