I worked at Columbia/HCA Healthcare Corp. Of Central Louisiana
Pros – The talent of peers is great and inspiring. Great feedback and opportunities to advance. Benefits are average to above average.
Cons – The salary compensation is horrible. I was often surprised in the talent that was already onboard. Often departments worked short staffed because they would meet salary requirements for new hires.
Advice to Senior Management – Pay your employees better and meet the employment demands.
