    Pros

    Cons

Managers are the ones making money outside of minority women. unfortunatly if your not a person who can connect with a ethnicity that doesnt know how to get insurance, you wont do anywhere near as well as those who can.

    Pros

I was impressed by the openess of the Territory Manager, Marketing Director and being allowed to attend a sales meeting and a day in the field prior to making my decision to join the organization.
