    Pros

Combined Insurance has an amazingly effective training and onboarding program. As an industry veteran, I see the difference investing in the training and support of new agents makes.

    Cons

I don't see any cons. This a program that can support either the novice or veteran agent in achieving their goals.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what it is your doing. Keep improving the lives of others while improving the lives of our employees.

    Pros

Competive salaries plus additional compensation and bonuses, excellent benefits, extensive and inovative resources/tools, flexibility, opportunity for advancement (focus to promote/develop from within), strong team/family like environment, winning culture, stability (90+ years in business), progressive and continuous training, caring and dependable leadership team.

    Cons

Must be willing to go the extra mile and be very organized to maximize the comp plan, those do not perform are not a good fit for this organization. Expectations can be achieved/succeeded by doing the minimum activity.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to develop top talent.

    Pros

    Work/life balance
    Opportunities for advancement
Growing Company, looking to expand in multiple areas
    Good culture/Fun people

    Cons

Communication can be difficult sometimes, as we have many employees in the field (not all are office-based)

    Advice to Management

While I feel there was a lack of innovation here in the past, I feel like recently that trend has reversed. You should continue encouraging and implementing innovation.

    Pros

Agents and managers ae W2 with benefits provided. Training is exceptional and continues throughout your career. Clear defined path if you wish to get into management. PMA - Positive Mental Attitude. Hardest working highest paying job you will ever have

    Cons

If you don't like to work hard and follow systems and processes you won't be successful. Not an easy job, but worth it in the end.

    Advice to Management

Continue the excellent training and keeping the agents accountable.

    Pros

My experience has been, when I have ideas, people listen. In the past year, I have seen my ideas become reality. This was only possible because of an amazing and supportive team and managers who want to improve (and not just maintain). As an employee in our corporate headquarters, I have seen so many changes in the last year, and I am excited to see what happens next.

    Cons

This is an old company, and with an old company comes a bit of a "set in your ways" mentality. There is a lot that needs to be done here. So if you come to Combined Insurance, don't expect to succeed unless you put in the hours and are willing to help the team move into the 21st century.

    Advice to Management

We are behind the curve in diversity. Fix this. Also, while the benefits are great - increase your pay/raises/bonuses if you want to attract and retain the best.

PMA, great people to work for and with, intensive and ongoing training, opportunities for growth, fast paced and challenging environment.

    Cons

no "cons" as with any company you must be willing to put in the time and energy to see the results

    Pros

Flexible schedule. If you are interested in Terriory Management it is great. No long term agents work here because they don't get the leads TM's do.

    Cons

Very cheap company. No mileage of food re-imbursement even if they ask you to drive hours.

    Advice to Management

Let agents build a business. They can't even get a list of sold clients. Really?

    Pros

I joined Combined Insurance almost 2 years ago and it's one of the best decisions I have made in my career. Combined is a great organization filled with employees who are cooperative, collaborative, and full of PMA!

    Cons

I purposefully joined a smaller Company however, the speed of change with limited resources, although exciting, can be exhausting.

    Advice to Management

Continue to empower new employees help achieve and exceed the Company's goals.
