“Commerce Bank could be great, but they drop the ball in unethical management and disrespect for entry-level employees.”
Former Employee – worked at Commerce Bancshares
Pros – Good job for a college student. Opportunities to move up. Benefits package.
Cons – competitive pay, but benefits package unattainable on the salary (which made it unusable), unethical managers, insignificant raises, men are paid much more than female employees.
Advice to Senior Management – Treat the retail employees with more respect and appreciation, as they are the first person your customers interact with.
