    Pros

    an amazing product outstanding quality... Genuine passion and knowledge of the coffee industry, this company is very dedicated to the quality of the bean...and all its products, it still small enough to impact it...

    Cons

    Very unfair upper management, as they have a favorites and are very closed to change...

    Take a look at who you have, are they helping or hurting.....

    Pros

    Great pay, Good Benefits, Great working environment and fair management team.

    Cons

    Long hours 55 to 60 a week, pressured for new business daily, at times you feel like your on an Island alone.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Branch Manager was great, Area Manager was very self serving and one of the two Supervisors had no clue or the experience to be doing the job he had been given.

    good pay you are working for yourself even though you are an employee computer and trucks are fairly new drive company vehicle home every night

    Cons

    the word no does not exist favoritism to certain employees management does not give full support when vehicle breaks down does not order enough new equipment to keep up with compitition mid level management very smug to c-store owners

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    The new senior mangement in Baton Rouge, are not very friendly towards the back of Commuity Coffee, the route salesmen. They have a critirea and if you do not meet it, you are shown the door in a rude manner, no matter how long you are employed by Community Coffee
