    Pros

Gain more relationship and communication skills with your residents. On holidays some managers are nice to give you free food instead of the nasty employee meal.

    Cons

Poor management, very stingy on raises, and all the managers are unprofessional when it comes to a 2 week noticed

    Pros

It's a job. As opposed to other segments of the food service industry, you are off work on most of the major holidays. Free food. You develop some serious camaraderie with some of your fellow workers.

    Cons

The health insurance is quite awful; high deductibles along with high co-premiums. Of course, no pension plan, just a 401k with low employer matching. The company speak-up hotline is a waste of time. They do very little to thwart management bullies. A lot of verbal hostility toward subordinates is tolerated within the company.

    Advice to Management

    Take an interest.

Great company! Loved working for them.

    Cons

    None at all. Good Company.

    Advice to Management

Step back and let employees do their jobs. Teach them and don't micro Manage.

    Pros

The reasons underpinning my argue can find the strong justification or evidence in the implementation of new business strategies consisting to grow or to improve the standard of services by satisfying customers. And another hand, the great propensity to work in team.

    Cons

According to me, the salary (wage) policy is very large adequacy with provided performance or wanted by senior or upper management. And also the type of communication should be reviewed from '' the top to the bottom''.

    Advice to Management

It would be great to initiate a kind of training session for the leadership, so as to help managers or leaders how to integrate managerial mutations in their daily tasks.

    Pros

Free drinks when you work, also get a cheap tumbler when you start. Pay is above minimum wage. Get good experience with customer service.

    Cons

No structure. Rules are like plastic, they can be broken by some and seen thru by others. No room for advancement. No one who truly cares about the well being of the workers. The training is terrible. I could go on for days.

    Advice to Management

Think about what the employees go through every single shift. Dealing with patients and nurses can be stressful as it is and then you give us training to do on top of that. Not cool.

    Pros

Flexibility Management - if you get a great leader much like any other company your experience could be great. Benefits - pretty even with everywhere else nothing extra high cost. HR Dept - Always there for you not much they can do.

    Cons

All these Vary by Dept. Management - It all depends of what department your in, but Compass seems to let each department head run as a Small country if you get stuck with Fidel Castro then your SOL. no one will help you. Growth opportunities - only if you become friends with the right people. Technology - old technology not very bleading/razor/dull edge more like 1990's apps running on modern platforms. If you looking for a place to retire and be doing the same tasks for the next 20 years this is the place for you!

    Advice to Management

Get rid of all IT management and get some real Leaders not Followers. This company could be great if you start hiring real managers! People who foster change and shape it to the benefit of the whole organization! Not to get praise but to have the feeling that your a part of a whole not just a lonely Cog in the machine. As for myself i am lost never coming back but, there are some talented individuals that you lose due to bad management of people and not bad work. "Lead, follow, or get out of the way." Pros

Lots of resources and many people to meet. Lots of talent and the ability to create amazing products.

    Cons

For a 9 billion dollar company it seems many accounts lack the support they deserve from the hourly level to the manager level. It is uncomfortable when unrealistic expectations are set up for management and hourly associates.

    Advice to Management

Spend the time to support ALL accounts and do not leave until they are flourishing. It's a shame to see good people chewed up when all they need is guidance.
