Just about to complete FMT program

Field Manaement Trainee (Current Employee) Chicago, IL

ProsAll-encompassing training program. Learn duties of several different positions. From what it seems advancement is obtainable if you are willing to relocate to the position available. Makes sense.

ConsUncertain of where and what I'll be doing after program. Pay is low but not terrible considering food, lodging and gas is covered.

Advice to Senior ManagementTry to prepare trainers better. Several times I trained at a service center where my primary trainers were apathetic and really tried to just ignore me.
